Martin C. Zwilling, who resides in the Phoenix area, has for years provided entrepreneurs with first-hand advice, mentoring and business plan assistance as a startup consultant. He has a unique combination of business and high-tech experience, and executive mentoring and connecting startups with potential investors, board members, and service providers.
His background includes many years of experience and demonstrated results as an executive in general management, computer software development, product management, and marketing.
Marty holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Computer Science from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana.

Ernst H. Gemassmer
Founder & Chairman
Ernst H. Gemassmer, resides in Silicon Valley, California, and has long helped entrepreneurs there, as well as providing turn-around assistance as interim CEO and business coach for selected companies.
Throughout his career, he has held senior executive operating positions with several high-tech companies in the United States and Europe.
Ernst has an MBA from INSEAD Fontainebleau, France, and an MA in Economics from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Boston, MA, as well as a BS in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh, PA.
